name and postoffice address of each taxpayer in Baltimore
County, so far as he is able to ascertain the same, which list
he shall correct from time to time to keep it up to date, and
shall mail to each taxpayer a bill for his taxes for the current
year during the months of January and February of each
year.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect on and after June 1, 1941.

CHAPTER 163.
(House Bill 226)
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with. amendments, Section
302 of Article 27 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1939
Edition), title "Crimes and Punishments", sub-title "Gam-
ing", permitting bingo games in Anne Arundel County.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 302 of Article 27 of the Annotated Code
of Maryland (1939 Edition), title "Crimes and Punishments",
sub-title "Gaming", be and the same is hereby repealed and
re-enacted with amendments, to read as follows:
302. Nothing in this sub-title shall be construed to make it
unlawful for any bona fide fraternal, religious, or charitable
organizations or corporations, or volunteer fire company oper-
ating in communities which have no paid fire department, to
conduct or operate a game of bingo for the benefit of charity
in Allegany County or in Anne Arundel County, or in further-
ance of the purposes of such organizations, corporations or
volunteer fire department.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1941.
