Episcopal Parish, Prince Frederick, Maryland, of One Hundred
and Fifty Dollars ($150.00) cash, contained in the Last Will

136. To the three following deeds made to the Vestry of
Trinity Church, Long Green, Baltimore, a body corporate,
conveying three parcels of land adjoining said Church as fol-
lows:

(a) To deed from Marcellus Ellsworth Reichert and Laura
E. Reichert, his wife, dated July 3, 1940 and duly recorded
among the Land Records of Baltimore County in Liber C. W. B.

(b) To deed from William G. Lynch, Sheriff of Baltimore
County, dated July 10, 1940 and duly recorded among1 the

(c) To deed from the County Commissioners of Baltimore
County a body corporate, dated November 4, 1940 and intended
