142. To legacy of $250, under the Will of Mary Taylor
Robinson, late of Baltimore City, Maryland, deceased, (Wills,
Baltimore City, Liber J. H. B. No. 201, folio 3) to the Home
of the Aged and Orphans of the Baltimore Conference, Meth-
odist Episcopal Church South, Incorporated, located at Gaith-
ersburg, Maryland.

143. To the gifts and bequests to Har Siani Congregation
of the City of Baltimore, a body corporate, as follows:

(a) The gift and bequest of $1,000.00 contained in the
Will of David Kemper, recorded in the office of the Register
of Wills of Baltimore County; also the gift and bequest of
$100.00 contained in said Will for inscribing the name of the
testator upon the memorial tablets of said Congregation; also
the gift and bequest of f 350.00 contained in said Will for the
perpetual care of the testator's lot in the cemetery of said
Congregation.

(b) To the gift and bequest of $500.00 contained in the Will
of Sarah S. Mandelbaum duly recorded in the office of the
Register of Wills of Baltimore City.

(c) To the gift and bequest contained in the Will of Isa-
bella Janowitz, recorded in the office of the Register of Wills
of Baltimore City, of $100.00 for the purpose of inscribing the
name of said testatrix upon the memorial tablets of the Con-
gregation.

(d) To the gift and bequest contained in the Will of Mary
Affelder, recorded in the office of the Register of Wills of Bal-
timore City in the amount of $125.00 for inscribing the name
of said testatrix upon the memorial tablets of the Congrega-
tion also the gift and bequest in said Will of $250.00 for the
perpetual care of the lot of said testatrix in the cemetery of
the Congregation.

(e) The gift and bequest contained in the Will of Clara S.
Deutsch, recorded in the office of the Register of Wills of
Baltimore City, of $750.00 for the perpetual care of the lot
of said testatrix in the cemetery of the Congregation.

(f) The gift and bequest contained in the Will of Rosa Low-
man, recorded in the office of the Register of Wills of Balti-
more City, of $300.00 for the perpetual care of the lot of said
testatrix in the cemetery of the Congregation.

(g) The gift and bequest contained in the Will of Louis
Sinsheimer, recorded in the office of the Register of Wills of
Baltimore City, of $400.00 for the perpetual care of the lot
of said testator in the cemetery of the Congregation.

(h) The gift and bequest contained in the Will of Lillie
Witernitz, recorded in the office of the Registered of Wills of
Baltimore City, of $250.00 for the perpetual care of the lot
of said testatrix in the cemetery of the Congregation.
