tic and Foreign Missionary Society of the Protestant Episco-
pal Church of the United States of America.

(d) To the bequest of Fifty Dollars to the Washington
County Museum of Fine Arts.

129. To the following bequests as contained in the last Will
and Testament of Ottelia Futterer, deceased, recorded in
Wills, Liber 19, folio 116, one of the record books in the office
of the Register of Wills of Washington County:

(a) To the bequest of Five Hundred Dollars to the Women's
Missionary Society of Saint Johns Evangelical Church of
Hagerstown.

(b) To the bequest of Three Hundred Dollars to the ''Rose
Hill Cemetery of Hagerstown", Maryland.

130. To the following bequests as contained in the last
Will and Testament of May Hutzell, deceased, recorded in
Wills, Liber 19, folio 124, one of the record books in the office
of the Register of Willls of Washington County:

(a) To the bequest of Two Thousand Dollars to the St.
Peter's Lutheran Church of Keedysville, Washington County,
Maryland.

(b) To the bequest of One Thousand Dollars to the Day
Nursery of Hagerstown, Maryland.

131. To the bequest of Five Thousand Dollars to the Men-
nonite Old Peoples Home as contained in the last Will and
Testament of Jesse O. Snyder, deceased, recorded in Wills,
Liber 19, folio 126, one of the record books in the office of
the Register of Wills of Washington County.

132. To deed dated April 19, 1911 from Thomas R. Jeni-
fer, E. Mae Jenifer, his wife, I. C. Risteau Jenifer, R. Moore
Jenifer and H. Courteney Jenifer to the Trustees of Arnolia
Methodist Episcopal Church of Baynesville, Baltimore Coun-
ty in the State of Maryland, said deed being recorded among
the Land Records of Baltimore County in Liber W. P. C. No.
378, folio 43.

133. To the bequest to the Vestry of Christ Church, Calvert
County, Maryland, for One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) cash,
contained in Last Will and Testament of Benjamin Parran,
dated January 1, 1930 and recorded in J. W. H. No. 2, one
of the Wills records of Calvert County.

134. To the bequest to Saint James Protestant Episcopal
Parish, Anne Arundel County, Maryland, of 10 shares of
Bethlehem Steel Company stock (1% Preferred), contained in
the Last Will and Testament of Nannie Wilson, dated February
