HERBERT R. O'CONOR, GOVERNOR. 1715

(a) To the bequest of Five Hundred Dollars and one-fifth
of the rest and residue of the estate to the Trinity Reformed
Congregation of Boonsboro, Maryland.

(b) To the bequest of One Thousand Dollars and one-fifth of
the rest and residue of the estate to the Trinity Reformed
Congregation of Boonsboro, Maryland.

124. To the following bequests as contained in the last Will
and Testament of Isaac V. Moore, deceased, recorded in Wills,
Liber 19, folio 74, one of the record books in the office of the
Register of Wills of Washington County:

(a) To the bequest of Two Hundred Dollars and Five Hun-
dred Dollars to the St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church of
Hagerstown, Maryland.

(b) To the bequest of One Hundred Dollars to Thomas A.
Reinhart, Pastor of said Church.

125. To the bequest of Two Hundred Fifty Dollars to the
Second National Bank of Hagerstown, the income to be paid
to the endowment fund of the Beaver Creek Cemetery of Wash-
ington County, as contained in the last Will and Testament
of William H. Witmer, deceased, recorded in Wills Liber 19,
folio 83, one of the record books in the office of the Register
of Wills of Washington County.

126. To the bequest of One Hundred Fifty Dollars to the
graveyard in Baugham Settlement in West Virginia, as con-
tained in the last Will and Testament of Mahala G. Martin,
deceased, recorded in Wills, Liber 19, folio 96, one of the record
books in the office of the Register of Wills of Washington
County:

127. To the following bequests as contained in the last Will
and Testament of Ida M. Cearfoss, deceased, recorded in Wills,
Liber 19, folio 104, one of the record books in the office of the
Register of Wills of Washington County:

(a) To ihe bequest of Five Hundred Dollars to the First
Baptist Church of Hagerstown.

(b) To the bequest of One Hundred Dollars to St. Mark's
Lutheran Church of Hagerstown.

(c) To the bequest of Two Hundred Dollars to Rev. Forest
L. Eraser and wife.

128. To the following bequests as contained in the last Will
and Testament of Anna H. K. Findlay, deceased, recorded in
Wills, Liber 19, folio 109, one of the record books in the office
of the Register of Wills of Washington County:

(a) To the bequest of four—one thousand dollar bonds to
the Vestry of St. John's Parish, Washington County.

(b) To the bequest of Five Hundred Dollars to the Wash-
ington County Home for Orphan and Friendless Children.
