1706 LAWS OF MARYLAND. [CH. 913

Trustee under the terms of an agreement between said trust
company and the Vestry of the Church of Our Saviour of
Baltimore City, dated November 14th, 1916, contained in the
Will of Lawrason Riggs, deceased, and recorded among the
records of the Register of Wills for Baltimore City.

73. To a bequest of One Thousand Dollars ($l,000.00) to
the Baltimore Hebrew Congregation (Madison Avenue Tem-
ple) of Baltimore, Maryland, with the request that it com-
memorate by prayers the anniversaries of the death of mem-
bers of the family, contained in the Last Will and Testament
of Samuel LeRoy Robinson, dated February 16th, 1929, and
recorded among the records of the Register of Wills for Balti-
more City.

74. To a bequest of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) to the
"Pastor of the Church of which I am a member at the time
of my death" for the purpose of saying masses, contained in
the Last Will and Testament of Martie Daiger Ross, dated
March 17th, 1930 and recorded among the records of the Regis-
ter of Wills for Baltimore City.

75. To a bequest of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) to
the Mercantile Trust Company of Baltimore as Trustee under
the terms and conditions of an agreement dated October 29,
1936 for the benefit of St. Mark's Lutheran Church of Hanover,,
Pennsylvania, to be known as the "John Scholl Young Build-
ing Fund", contained in the Last Will And Testament of
Howard E. Young, deceased, dated December 16th, 1936 and
codicils dated June 10th, 1937 and August 26th, 1938, and
recorded among the records of the Register of Wills for Bal-
timore City.

76. To the bequests contained in the Last Will and Testa-
ment of Amalia Vagt, late of Baltimore City, deceased, of rec
ord in the Office of the Register of Wills of Baltimore City in
Wills, Liber J. H. B. No. 202, folio 59:

(a) To the Trustees of Mount Washington Presbyterian
Church, now located at No. 80-84 Yermilyea Avenue, New
York City, New York, the sum of Seven Hundred and Fifty
Dollars ($750.00) absolutely.

(b) To Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church of Baltimore,
Maryland, now located at the Northwest corner of Baltimore
and Pulaski Streets, in Baltimore City aforesaid, the sum of
One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) absolutely.

77. To the bequests contained in the Last Will and Testa-
ment of William H. Wyeforth, late of Harford County, de-
ceased, of record in the Office of the Register of Wills for Har-
ford County in Wills, Liber A. J. G. No. 20, folio 372:
