HERBERT R. O'CONOR, GOVERNOR. 1707

(a) To Saint John's Evangelical Lutheran Church, now lo-
cated at Number 2500 West Lombard Street, Corner of Cath-
erine Street, in Baltimore City, the sum of Five Hundred
Dollars ($500.00) absolutely.

(b) To Zion Church in the City of Baltimore, now located
on Gay Street near Lexington Street, the sum of Five Hundred
Dollars ($500) absolutely.

(c) To the General German Orphan Association of the State
of Maryland, located on Bloomsbury Avenue, Catonsville, Bal-
timore County, Maryland, the sum of Five Hundred Dollars
(1500.00).

(d) To the President and Directors of the General German
Aged People's Home of Baltimore City, located at Number 22
South Athol Avenue, Irvington, Baltimore, Maryland, the sum
of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) absolutely.

(e) To The Imperial Council of the Ancient Arabic Order
of the Nobles of the Mystic Shrine for North America, a
Corporation, the sum of Five Hundred Dollars, ($500.00) ab-
solutely, for the use and benefit of the "Shriners' Hospitals
for Crippled Children," owned and maintained by said Corpo-
ration.

78. To bequest of f 1,000 to St. John's Protestant Episcopal
Church of Beltsville contained in Will of Mary Z. L. Higgins
and recorded in Register of Wills office in Prince George's
County in Liber W. T. D. No. 5, folio 325.

79. To the following devises contained in the Will of Ella
J. Lawrence and recorded in the office of the Register of Wills
of Frederick County in Liber C. H. B. No. 1, folio 531:

(a) To Archbishop Michael J. Curley the property and
ground rents known as 1800 N. Milton Avenue, 2917 Walbrook
Avenue, and 2117 Clifton Avenue in Baltimore City.

(b) To the Frederick Academy of the Visitation, the prop-
erty and ground rent known as 1802 Rosedale Street, in Bal-
timore City.

(c) To the Sisters Bon Secours of Baltimore the property
and ground rent known as 728 McCabe Avenue, Baltimore
City.

(d) To Notre Dame Academy of Frederick County, the prop-
erty and ground rent known as 1402 Carroll Street, Baltimore
City.

80. To Deed dated August 12, 1940 from Frederick J. Sing-
ley, Trustee, under the will of Martha W. Merryman, to Ed-
ward T. Helfenstein, Bishop of the Diocese of Maryland of
the Protestant Episcopal Church, recorded among the Land
Records of Baltimore City in Liber M. L. P. No. 6066, folio
