his wife to The Vestry of Saint Peter's Protestant Episcopal
Church of Ellicott City, Howard County, Maryland, dated
March 30th, 1940, and recorded among the Land Records of
Howard County in Liber B. M. Jr., No. 166, folio 281, etc.
67. To Deed from Guy C. Sykes and Frances Grace Sykes,
his wife to The Vestry of Saint Peter's Protestant Episcopal
Church of Ellicott City, Howard County, Maryland, dated
January 18th, 1941, and recorded among the Land Records of
Howard County in Liber B. M. Jr., No. 169, folio 379, etc.
68. To a bequest of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.) to
the Franklin Street Presbyterian Congregation to be added to
the endowment fund of said corporation or church, the in-
come to be used for the care and maintenance of the organ of
said church; said bequest contained in the Last Will and
Testament of Ellen Howard Bayard and recorded among the
records of the Register of Wills for Baltimore City.
69. To a bequest of one-half of the rest and residue of de-
cedent's estate, of every kind and description whatsoever,
whether real, personal or mixed, to the Convention of the
Protestant Episcopal Church of the Diocese of Maryland, con-
tained in the will of Edward James Burgess dated June 8th,
1915 and codicil dated January 9th, 1924 and recorded among
the records of the Register of Wills for Baltimore City, in
Wills Liber J. H. B. No. 199, folio 111, etc.
70. To a bequest of Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00) to the
electors or trustees of the Baltimore Hebrew Congregation,
the income to be used in saying "Kaddish" for the families of
the late Bernard Himmelrich, Henry S. Lewyt and Mary
Lewyt contained in the Last Will and Testament of Jacob
Himmelrich, dated March 9, 1937 and recorded among the
records of the Register of Wills for Baltimore County.
71. To the following bequests contained in the Last Will
and Testament and codicil of Edgar G. Miller, Jr., late of
Baltimore City, said will being dated September 14th, 1936
and codicil being dated February 9th, 1938, and recorded
among the records of the Register of Wills for Baltimore City:
(a) To the Convention of the Protestant Episcopal Church
in the Diocese of Maryland, f 5,000.00.
(b) To the Vestry of the Church of the Redeemer, $5,000.00.
72. To a bequest of Twenty-Five Hundred Dollars ($2,-
500.00) to the Mercantile Trust Company of Baltimore as
