corporate under the laws of the State of Maryland, dated the
18th day of December, 1940, and recorded among the Land
Records of Baltimore City in Liber M. L. P. No. 6112, folio
172 etc.

44. To the bequests contained in the Will of Virginia B. Mc-
Nelly recorded in the Register of Wills Office in Baltimore City
in Liber J. H. B., No. 190, folio 219 as follows:

(a) Item 4. I give, devise, and bequeath to the First
Baptist Church, Baltimore City, three One Hundred Dollar
Bonds of the said named First Baptist Church, and all interest
due on same thereof. Also the lot of ground situate on the
south side of Townsend Street, otherwise Lafayette Avenue
and known as No. 2417 E. Lafayette Avenue and the annual
rent or ground rent of $49.00 issuing out of the same and ac-
quired by me under deed, said lot being the 23rd, described
therein, from John J. Hurst, dated November 16, A. D. 1896
and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City, in
Liber R. O., No. 1648, folio 142 etc., also the lot of ground
situate on the west side of Stockton Street, and the annual
rent or ground rent of f 36.00 issuing out of the same, and ac-
quired by me under deed, said lot known as No. 1136 Stockton
Street, from William B. Wheeler and Florence W. Wheeler,,
his wife, dated June 6 A. D., 1905 and recorded among the
Land Records of Baltimore City in Libert R. O. No. 2150, folio
319 etc., with the understanding that the said two ground
rents shall be he held by the said First Baptist Church, and
the annual rents issuing out of the same shall be used by the
said Church as an annual income to its church expenses.

(b) Item 5. I direct that the property including house,
garage, and ground known as No. 4318 Groveland Avenue, Bal-
timore City shall be sold. From the net amount realized by the
sale thereof, the following legacies shall be paid and in the
order named below:

To Mrs. William H. Kellum the sum of...........$500.00

To Carrie Burnet the sum of.................... $500.00

To the Bldg. Fund of the First Baptist Church of
Baltimore City....................................$1000.00

To the Baptist Home of Maryland............... $500.00

To the Maryland Baptist Union Association...... $500.00

(c) Item The residue, if any, from the sale of the above
property, I bequeath to Howard L. McNelly.

(d) Item 6. Bequeath of savings deposits.

(e) Any residue after the entire estate is settled, I bequeath
to the Building Fund of the First Baptist Church, Baltimore.

45. To the devises to the Gallilee Episcopal Church of Vir-
ginia Beach contained in Will of Alice Griffith and recorded in
Wills, Liber J. H. B. No. 196, folio 16, Baltimore City, as
