39. To the bequests contained in the Last Will and Testa-
ment of Ella M. Keyser, late of Baltimore City, deceased, duly
admitted to probate by the Orphans' Court of Baltimore City
on February 2nd, 1940, and recorded in the Office of the Regis-
ter of Wills of Baltimore City in Wills Liber J. H. B. No.
198, folio 262 as follows:
(a) To the Christ English Evangelical Lutheran Church of
Baltimore City, Maryland, the sum of two hundred and fifty
dollars ($250.00).
(b) To the Evangelical Lutheran St. Stephen Church of
Baltimore City, Maryland, the sum of two hundred and fifty
dollars ($250.00).
40. To the bequest contained in the Last Will and Testa-
ment of Anne Pietrowiak, late of Baltimore City, deceased,
duly admitted to probate by the Orphans' Court of Baltimore
City on November 15th, 1939, and recorded in the Office of

To the Rector of St. Stanislaus Church, Baltimore, Mary-
land, to be used for saying masses, the sum of one hundred and
fifty dollars ($150.00).
41. To the grant and conveyance of a ground rent of Ninety
Dollars ($90.00), reversionary interest in property known as
No. 4600 Old Pimlico Road in Baltimore City, State of Mary-
land, from Edith O. Bordley to the Trustees of the Methodist
Episcopal Church of the Fayette Street Station in the City
of Baltimore, a body corporate under the laws of the State
of Maryland, dated the 6th day of April, 1939, and recorded
among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber M. L. P.

42. To the grant and conveyance of a ground rent of Ninety
Dollars ($90.00), reversionary interest in property known as
No. 4604 Old Pimlico Road in Baltimore City, State of Mary-
land, from Edith O. Bordley to the Trustees of the Methodist
Episcopal Church of the Fayette Street Station in the City
of Baltimore, a body corporate under the laws of the State
of Maryland, dated the 29th day of March 1940, and recorded

known as No. 2310 Elsinore Avenue in the City of Baltimore,
State of Maryland, from the District Parsonage Corporation,
