10. To the bequest contained in the Last Will and Testa-
ment of Carrie S. Leonhauser, late of Baltimore City, deceased,
of record in the Office of the Register of Wills of Baltimore
City in Wills, Liber J. H. B. No. 199, folio 563, which will
bequeathed a one-third (1-3) share or part of the rest, residue
and remainder of the said estate to Trinity Evangelical Lu-
theran Church of Baltimore, Maryland.

14. To the grant and deed executed by Ida E. Hunter to
the Salem Church of the Evangelical Association of North
America, Atlantic Conference, dated July 27, 1903, and duly
recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore County in
Liber N. M. B. No. 270, folio 106, etc., conveying in fee simple
a certain lot on the south side of Gough Street one hundred
five feet east from Highland Avenue, more particularly de-
scribed in the said deed.
15. To the lease executed by Algernon S. Keyser, surviving
trustee for Josephine P. Clark, to the Salem Church of the
Evangelical Association of North America, Atlantic Confer-
ence, dated January 12, 1904, and recorded among the Land
Records of Baltimore County in Liber W. P. C. No. 273, folio
266, etc., demising to it the leasehold interest in a certain lot
on the south side of Gough Street one hundred twelve feet
east of Highland Avnue, more particularly described in the
