and one third acres (6 1-3) in the Second Election District of
Anne Arundel County, situated on the south side of the De-
fense Highway, and more particularly described in a deed from
Eugene P. Childs, Assignee, to the said Julia F. Dickinson,
dated January 7, 1935, and recorded among the Land Records
of Anne Arundel County in Liber W. M. B. No. 134, folio 466.
4. To a deed dated December 5, 1939, from Howard J.
Detwiler and Heber H. Votaw, joint tenants, to the Washing-
ton Missionary College, a corporation, conveying three parcels
of land as described in said deed, duly recorded December 13,
1939. in Liber 763, folio 68 of the land records of Montgomery
County.
o. To a deed dated October 9, 1939, from J. W. Grant and
Jattie W. Grant to the General Conference Corporation of
Seventh-Day Adventists, conveying lot 23, block 54 of the B. F.
Gilbert Addition to Takoma Park, as per plat lettered A at
folio 50, said deed recorded November 8, 1939, in Liber 757,
folio 228, one of the land records for Montgomery County.
6. To a deed dated December 6, 1940, from Charles Francis
Wilcox, surviving tenant by entirety, to the General Con-
ference Corporation of Seventh-Day Adventists, a corpora-
tion, conveying lot 20 in block numbered 6 of the resubdivision
of lots in said county known as and called "Resubdivision of
lots 20, 21 and 24, block 6, Lipscomb and Earnest, Trustee's
Addition to Takoma Park" as per plat of said resubdivision
recorded in Plat-book 2, plat numbered 141, as per deed re-
corded among the land records of said Montgomery County,
December 16, 1940.
7. To the bequests contained in the last Will and Testament
of Mary J. McGoldrick, late of Baltimore City, deceased, pro-
bated in the Orphans' Court of Baltimore City on January 9,
1940. and of record in the office of the Register of Wills for
Baltimore City, in Liber J. H. JB. No. 198, folio 134, etc., viz:
(a) To St. Mary's Seminary, located at Roland Ave-
nue and Belvedere Avenue, Baltimore, Maryland, the
sum of............................................. $500
(b) To St. Vincent de .Paul Society in the City of Balti-
more, bed and bedroom furniture;
(c) To Little Sisters of the Poor of the City of Baltimore,
Valley and Preston Streets, Baltimore, Maryland, all the rest,
residue and remainder of said estate of every kind and de-
scription, real, personal and mixed, both that of which the
Testatrix may be or may become seized or possessed.
8. To the bequest by Harry R. Newcomer of f 500. 00 to the
Grace Evangelical and Reformed Church of Frederick, the
