CHAPTER 895.
(House Bill 830)

AN ACT to add a new section to Article 18 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Queen
Anne's County", sub-title "Justices of the Peace and Con-
stables", said new section to be known as Section 266A and
to follow immediately after Section 266 of said Article,
authorizing Justices of the Peace, Trial Magistrates, Com-
mitting Magistrates and Police Justices in Queen Anne's
County to release persons taken into custody in said Coun-
ty for violating the provisions of the Motor Vehicle Laws of
Maryland upon the deposit of a certain amount of cash
collateral.

CHAPTER 896.
(House Bill 823)

AN ACT to add a new section to Article 89B of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1939 Edition), title "State Roads", sub-
title "Revenue Bonds", said new section to be known as
Section 135A and to follow immediately after Section 135
of said Article, authorizing and empowering the State Roads
Commission to open, maintain and operate the bridge over
the Susquehanna River at Havre de Grace and authorizing
said Commission to impose and collect tolls for use of same.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 652
of Article 17 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland,
title "Prince George's County", sub-title "Laurel" as en-
acted by Chapter 431 of the Acts of 1933 of the General
Assembly of Maryland, increasing the compensation of the
Treasurer to Four Hundred and Eighty Dollars ($480. 00)
per annum.
