in addition to said fine shall be fined Five dollars ($5. 00)
for each and every migratory bird caught or killed illegally
on said area.

SEC. 3. If any clause, sentence, section or paragraph
of this Act shall, for any reason, be adjudged by any Court
of competent jurisdiction to be unconstitutional or invalid,
such judgment shall not affect, impair or invalidate the re-
mainder thereof, but shall be confined in its operation to
the clause, sentence, section or paragraph thereof so found
unconstitutional or invalid.

SEC. 4. All Acts or parts of Acts inconsistent with the
provisions of this Act, are hereby repealed to the extent
of the inconsistency.

SEC. 5. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1941.

AN ACT to repeal Sections 158 and 187—189 of Article
24 of the C9de of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930
Edition), title "Worcester County", sub-titles "Ocean
City Bridge" and "Pocomoke Bridge".

WHEREAS, the provisions of this section are no longer
necessary; therefore,

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Sections 158 and 187—189 of Article 24
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edi-
tion), title "Worcester County", sub-titles "Ocean City
Bridge" and "Pocomoke Bridge" be and it is hereby
repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1st, 1941.
