CHAPTER 111.

(Senate Bill 196)

AN ACT to repeal Section 221 of Article 5 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Calvert County", sub-title "Notaries Public".

WHEREAS, The general State law makes provision for the
appointment of any number of notaries public in the several
counties of the State, therefore,

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 221 of Article 5 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Cal-
vert County", sub-title "Notaries Public", be and it is
hereby repealed.

SEC. 2, And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1st, 1941.

Approved April 15, 1941.

CHAPTER 112.

(Senate Bill 212)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 155, 156 and 157 of Article
5 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930
Edition), title "Calvert County", sub-title "Immigration
Commission".

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Sections 155, 156 and 157 of Article 5 of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition),
title "Calvert County", sub-title "Immigration Commis-
sion", be and they are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1st, 1941.
