CHAPTER 109.

(Senate Bill 194)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 247 to 280, inclusive, of Article
5 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930
Edition), title "Calvert County", sub-title "Roads".

WHEREAS, The State Roads Commission is maintaining
the County roads, therefore,

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Sections 247 to 280, inclusive, of Article 5
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edi-
tion), title "Calvert County", sub-title "Roads", be and they
are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1st, 1941.

CHAPTER 110.
(Senate Bill 195)

AN ACT to repeal Section 223 of Article 5 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland ( 1930 Edition), title
Calvert County", sub-title "Out Pensioners".

WHEREAS, The general State law relating to old-age
assistance makes local legislation unnecessary, therefore,

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 223 of Article 5 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Cal-
vert County", sub-title "Out Pensioners", be and it is
hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1st, 1941.
