Commissioners of Calvert County to subscribe to stock
in the Baltimore and Drum Point Railroad Company.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 22 of Article 5 of the Code of Pub-
lic Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Calvert
County", sub-title "Baltimore and Drum Point Railroad
Company", be and it is hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1941.

Approved April 15, 1941.

CHAPTER 107.
(Senate Bill 171)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 1 to 21, inclusive, of Article 5
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930
Edition), title "Calvert County", sub-title "Almshouse".

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Sections 1 to 21, inclusive, of Article 5 of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edi-
tion), title "Calvert County", sub-title "Almshouse", be
and they are hereby repealed.

Approved April 15, 1941.
