No garbage shall be transported over any public highway
or street of Prince George's County except to incinerators,
approved municipal dumps, in said County, or to destinations
outside the limits of Prince George's County.
All garbage transported over any public highway or street
of Prince George's County to incincerators, approved munic-
ipal dumps, or to destinations outside the limits of Prince
George's County, shall be transported only in vehicles equipped
with covered water-tight, leak-proof bodies, or in metal con-
tainers with tight-fitting covers.
Any person violating the provisions of this section shall be
deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof,
shall be punished by a fine of not less than five dollars ($5. 00)
nor more than fifty dollars ($50. 00), or by imprisonment in
the County Jail for a period not exceeding thirty (30) days,
or may be both fined and imprisoned in the discretion of the
'Court.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect April 1, 1942.

AN ACT to add a new section to Article 10 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Dor-
chester County", sub-title "State's Attorney", said new sec-
tion to be known as Section 513A, and to follow immediately
after Section 513 of said Article, providing that the State's
Attorney shall be paid additional compensation for his at-
tendance before the Trial Magistrates' Court in Dorchester
County.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That a new section be and it is hereby added to Article
10 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edi-
tion) title "Dorchester County", sub-title "State's Attorney",
said new section to be known as Section 513A, to follow im-
mediately after Section 513 of said Article, and to read as
follows:
513A. In addition to the salary now received by the State's
Attorney, he shall be paid the further sum of Four Hundred
'Dollars ($400) per year by the County Commissioners of Dor-
