the amendments thereof (Section 710-729 of this Article), ex-
clusively for road, highway or bridge construction, re-construc-
tion or maintenance, unless otherwise specifically authorized
by a resolution of the Board of County Commissioners.

(b) One-fourth of said sum so received shall be expended
by the County Commissioner elected from the Commissioner
District No. 5 in that portion of the Wheaton Election Dis-
trict and Colesville Election District lying within the con-
fines of the Montgomery County Suburban District, as created
by said Chapter 459 of the Acts of 1931 and the amendments
thereof, exclusively for road, highway or bridge construction,
re-construction or maintenance, unless otherwise specifically
authorized by a resolution of the Board of County Commis-
sioners.

SEC. 2. And he it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1941.

CHAPTER 746.
(House Bill 439)

AN ACT to add a new section to Article 17 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Prince
George's County", to be under sub-title "Garbage", said new
section to be known as Section 471A and to follow imme-
diately after Section 471 of said Article, relating to the
transportation of garbage over the public highways and
streets of Prince George's County.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That a new section be and it is hereby added to Article
17 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edi-
tion), title "Prince George's County", to be under sub-title
"Garbage", said new section to be known as Section 471A, to
follow immediately after Section 471 of said Article, and to
read as follows:

GARBAGE

471A. For the purpose of and as used in this section, the
term "'garbage" shall mean the entrails or waste products of
any animal, fish or fowl, refuse animal or vegetable matter
from a kitchen, market, store, or abattoir, or any admixture
of these materials with other refuse or feeding material.
