receipts and expenditures of Mayor and City Council of
Ocean City.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 150 of Article 24 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Worcester
County", sub-title "Ocean City", be and it is hereby repealed
and re-enacted with amendments to read as follows:
150. It shall be the duty of the Mayor and City Council of
said Ocean City to cause to be published in a newspaper
published in Worcester County an itemized statement of the
expenditures of all money or moneys received by them for the
collection of taxes or from any other source whatever, said
statement to be published not later than the first week in the
month of November of each and every year.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1941.

AN ACT to add a new section to the Code of Public Local
Laws of Montgomery County (1939 Edition—being Article
16 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland), title
"Montgomery County", sub-title "County Accountants and
Budget", said new section to be known as Section 176A and
to follow immediately after Section 176 of said Article,
providing that a detailed list of all county property shall
be submitted to the County Accountant each year.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That a new section be and it is hereby added to the Code
of Public Local Laws of Montgomery County (1939 Edition—
being Article 16 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Mary-
land), title "Montgomery County", sub-title "County Account-
ant and Budget", said new section to be known as Section
176A, to follow immediately after Section 176 of said Article,
and to read as follows:
176A. Every official and the head of every department, board
or commission of Montgomery County shall, during the month
of July each year, furnish the County Accountant a detailed
