cross mark in the proper square or box his or her decision for
or against motion pictures on Sunday.

If a majority of the votes cast in any Election District on
said question shall be "For Motion Pictures on Sunday", then
Sections 1 and 2 of this Act shall thereupon automatically
become effective immediately in said Election District or
Election Districts. If a majority of the votes cast in any
Election District on said question shall be "Against Motion
Pictures on Sunday", then Sections 1 and 2 of this Act shall
not be or become effective in any such Election District or
Election Districts.

SEC. 4. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect on June 1st, 1941.

CHAPTER 719.

(House Bill 584)

AN ACT to Incorporate the Trustees of the Baltimore Annual
Conference of the Methodist Church.

WHEREAS, it has been represented that the members of the
Baltimore Annual Conference of the Methodist Church acting
under the authority granted to them by The Discipline of the
Methodist Church have elected certain persons as Trustees and
directed them to form a corporation for the purpose of holding1,
management, and disposition of any property of which the
said Baltimore Annual Conference of the Methodist Church
is or may hereafter become possessed to be held or used for
pious and benevolent purposes, therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Robert F. Stanton, Forrest Bramble, A. C. Day,
Eugene C. Makosky, Edgar A. Sexsmith, F. Murray Benson,
W. H. Best, E. A. Lambert, Albert H. Dudley, duly elected
in the manner hereinafter directed, be and they are hereby
made, declared and constituted a body politic and corporate,
to have perpetual succession, by the name, style, and title of
"The Board of Trustees of the Baltimore Conference of the
Methodist Church" and by that name, style and title are hereby
made able, capable in law to take, receive, hold, possess and
acquire by gift, grant, devise, bequest, or otherwise, lands,
tenements, goods, chattels, estate and property of any kind
whatsoever, and the same again to grant, devise, alien or dis-
