AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sections
463, 464, 465 and 466 of Article 27 of the Annotated Code
of Maryland (1939 Edition), title "Crimes and Punish-
ments", sub-title "Minors Obtaining Liquor Under False
Statement of Age".

CHAPTER 706.
(House Bill 432)
AN ACT to add a new section to Article 2B of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1939 Edition), title "Alcoholic Bever-
ages", sub-title "Revocation and Suspension of Licenses",
said new section to be known as Section 57A and to follow
immediately after Section 57 of said Article, relating to
powers of the Board of License Commissioners of Baltimore
County to make and enforce rules and regulations regard-
ing the presence of minors on premises where alcoholic bev-
erages may be sold.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That a new section be and it is hereby added to Article
2B of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1939 Edition), title
"Alcoholic Beverages", sub-title "Revocation and Suspension
of Licenses", said new section to be known as Section 57A,
to follow immediately after Section 57 of said Article, and
to read as follows:
57A. In addition to the other powers and duties conferred
on them the Board of License Commissioners of Baltimore
County may prescribe rules and regulations regarding the
presence of any person under the age of twenty-one (21) on
any premises licensed to sell alcoholic beverages.
The Board may,, after following the procedure set forth
in Section 58, revoke or suspend the license of any licensee
who violates any such rule or regulation.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1941.
