SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 82 of Article 52 of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1939 Edition), title "Justices of the Peace", sub-
title "Probates, Affidavits and Other Instruments", be and it
is hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect on June 1, 1941.

Approved February 14, 1941.

CHAPTER 10.
(Senate Bill 19)

AN ACT to repeal Section 150 of Article 56 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1939 Edition), title "Licenses", sub-title
"Motor Vehicles", sub-heading "Motorcycle and Special
Deputies", relating to motorcycle deputies in the office of
the Commissioner of Motor Vehicles.

WHEREAS, this section is no longer effective since the crea-
tion of the State Police Department; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 150 of Article 56 of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1939 Edition), title "Licenses", sub-title "Motor
Vehicles", sub-heading "Motorcycle and Special Deputies", be
and the same is hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect on June 1, 1941.

Approved February 14, 1941.

CHAPTER 11.
(Senate Bill 20)

AN ACT to repeal Section 31 of Article 66 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1939 Edition), title "Mortgages", re-
lating to validation of certain defective mortgages.

WHEREAS, this section is the same as Section 107 of Article
21 of the Code; therefore
