HERBERT R. O'CONOR, GOVERNOR. 13

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 31 of Article 66 of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1939 Edition), title "Mortgages", be and the same
is hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect on June 1, 1941.

Approved February 14, 1941.

CHAPTER 12.

(Senate Bill 21)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 7 to 11, inclusive, of Article 80 of
the Annotated Code of Maryland (1939 Edition), title "Re-
porter and Codifier—State", said sections relating to the
codification of the laws by the Court Reporter.

WHEREAS, these sections have never been availed of and are
obsolete; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 7 to 11, inclusive, of Article 80 of the Anno-
tated Code of Maryland (1939 Edition), title "Reporter and
Codifier—State", be and the same are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect on June 1, 1941.

Approved February 14, 1941.

CHAPTER 13.
(Senate Bill 32)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments, Section
204 of Article 56 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1939
Edition), Title "License", sub-title "Certificate of Owner-
ship. "

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 204 of Article 56 of the Annotated Code
of Maryland (1939 Edition), title "Licenses'', sub-title "Certifi-
cate of Ownership", be and the same is hereby repealed and
re-enacted with amendments so as to read as follows:
