Westerly right-of-way line of the Baltimore and Ohio Rail-
road, thence by shortest distance across said Baltimore and
Ohio Railroad to the Westerly boundary of the Town of Ber-
wyn Heights, thence following the Berwyn Heights town line
Northerly to its intersection with the boundary of the Town
of Greenbelt, thence following the Greenbelt town line by
various courses generally northerly to a point opposite the
southeasterly corner of the Branchville Heights sub-division;
thence northerly across the Branchville Road and with the said
easterly line of the Branchville sub-division to a point opposite
the dividing line between lots numbered 29 and 30 of said sub-
division; thence across the alley and with said dividing line
westerly and continuing on in a direct line to the easterly
right-of-way line of the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad; thence
northerly along said easterly right-of-way line of the Baltimore
and Ohio Railroad to a point where the Greenbelt town line
crosses the said railroad; thence following the Greenbelt town
line northwesterly to a point where it leaves the Hollywood
Subdivision at the Northerly line of Edgewood Road, thence
following the Northerly line of Edgewood Road, Westerly to
the Washington-Baltimore Boulevard and continuing across
said Boulevard in a direct line to the Westerly right-of-way line
of said Boulevard, thence Southerly along said right-of-way
line to the Northerly line of the Cherry Hill Road, thence
Westerly along the Northerly line of Cherry Hill Road to a
point opposite the Northwesterly corner of the A. M. Truitt
property; thence across said Cherry Hill Road and with the
westerly boundary of the A. M. Truitt property southerly and
continuing on in a direct line to the northeasterly corner of
the Autoville Subdivision; thence westerly and southerly with
the line of the Autoville Subdivision to the southerly dividing
line of Lot 3, Block C of said Autoville Subdivision; thence at
right angles to the westerly bank of Paint Branch; thence fol-
lowing the westerly bank of said Paint Branch with its
meanderings in a generally southerly direction to the northerly
line of the Metzerott Road; thence westerly along the northerly
line of said Metzerott Road to a point opposite the north-
westerly corner of the Katinka B. Bewley property; thence
across said Metzerott Road and with the westerly line of said
Bewley property to the Albert F. Woods property line; thence
westerly with said Woods property line to the University of
Maryland grounds; thence following the line of the University
of Maryland land by various courses generally Southeasterly
to the point where it intersects the Washington-Baltimore
Boulevard opposite a point between Baldwin Avenue and
Washington Avenue, thence vertically across said Boulevard
to its Easterly right-of-way line, thence Northerly along said
Boulevard to the point of beginning.
