Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Allegany County", sub-title "Dogs and Sheep", be and they
are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1941.

Approved May 2, 1941.

CHAPTER 673.

(House Bill 806)

AN ACT to repeal Section 489 of Article 1 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Alle-
gany County", sub-title "Notaries".

WHEREAS, the Article 68 of the Annotated Code of Mary-
land (1939 Edition), makes provision for the appointment of
notaries generally; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 489 of Article 1 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Allegany
County", sub-title "Notaries", be and it is hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1941.

Approved May 2, 1941.

CHAPTER 674.
(House Bill 808)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 630-636, inclusive, of Article 1 of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition),
title "Allegany County", sub-title "Trespass", said sections
relating to the driving of horses, hogs, sheep, or black cattle
on the lands of others West of Savage River.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
