AN ACT to repeal Sections 166-170, inclusive, of Article 1 of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition),
title "Allegany County", sub-title "Estrays. "

WHEREAS, Article 34 of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1939 Edition), covers the subject of "Estrays"; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 166-170, inclusive, of Article 1 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Alle-
gany County", sub-title "Estrays", be and they are hereby re-
pealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1941.

(House Bill 736)

AN ACT to add four new sections to Article 65 of the Anno-
tated Code of Maryland (1939 Edition), title "Militia", to be
under a new sub-title "Re-employment of Persons in Military
Service", said new sections to be known as Sections 94, 95,
96 and 97, and to follow immediately after Section 93 of
said Article, providing for the re-employment of persons
in active military service, the protection of their seniority
pension and merit system rights, requiring the payment by
the State for a year of the pension payments of such persons
in its employ while they are in active military service, and
authorizing the Board of Public Works to make such pay-
