CHAPTER 670.
(House Bill 803)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 28 and 29 of Article 1 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Allegany County", sub-title "Birds and Game", said sec-
tions relating to bounties for the killing of foxes, wildcats,
hawks, etc.

CHAPTER 671.
(House Bill 805)

AN ACT to repeal Section 284 of Article 1 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Alle-
gany County", sub-title "Hoop-poles and Timber".

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 284 of Article 1 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Allegany
County", sub-title "Hoop-poles and Timber", be and it is
hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1941.

Approved May 2, 1941.

CHAPTER 672.
(House Bill 804)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 126 to 137, inclusive, of Article 1
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edi-
tion), title "Allegany County", sub-title "Dogs and Sheep".

WHEREAS, there is a general State-wide law relating to the
licensing of dogs and the payment of damages for the destruc-
tion to domestic fowls and animals; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 126 to 137, inclusive, of Article 1 of the
