HERBERT R. O'CONOR, GOVERNOR. 1159

as Section 1180A, to follow immediately after Section 1180 of
said Article, and to read as follows:

1180A. The area of the Washington Suburban Sanitary
District, within Montgomery County, and the jurisdiction of
the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission, its duties,
authority and powers, are hereby extended to include that
additional territory within the following designated and
described boundaries:

Beginning for the same at a point in Brookeville Road
(Georgia Avenue extended) 2CK east of the west side of said
road, said point being on the present boundary of the Wash-
ington Suburban Sanitary District as described in Chapter
122, Acts of 1918, and running thence in a northerly direction
20' east of and parallel to the west side of said Brookeville
Road to the intersection of the Brookeville Road and the
Viers Mill-Aspen Road at Aspen Kennels; thence along the
center line of the Viers Mill-Aspen Road to the intersection
of said Viers Mill-Aspen Road with the Viers Mill Road;
thence in a southeasterly direction along the center line of the
Viers Mill Road to a point where it is intersected by the pres-
ent boundary of the Washington Suburban Sanitary District,
thence in an easterly direction along the present boundary of
said District to the place of beginning.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1941.

CHAPTER 669.
(House Bill 802)

AN ACT to repeal Section 56 of Article 1 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Allegany
County", sub-title "Bullet Playing", said section prohibiting
the playing at bullets in the public streets of towns in
Allegany County.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 56 of Article 1 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Allegany County",
sub-title "Bullet Playing", be and it is hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1941.
