44H. The provisions of the general election laws of Mary-
land so far as applicable shall be followed in the registration,
noting and striking of names from the registration books,
suspect lists and notices to persons listed for striking. The
second of such registration days shall be a revision as well
as a registration day, and all persons who have actually re-
moved their residences from the town shall be stricken from
such registration books on such revision day.
44-1. When said registration books are not in use they shall
remain in the custody of the Clerk of the Town of Boonsboro,
and shall be open to public inspection free of charge, subject,
however, to such regulations as the Mayor and Council may
prescribe.
44J. If anyone shall feel aggrieved by the action of the
Registrars in refusing to register or strike off the name of
any person, or by any other action, such person feeling
aggrieved, may appeal, within five days from the date of the
action complained of, to the Mayor and Council of Boonsboro
whose decision shall be final.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That Section 45 of Article 22 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Wash-
ington County", sub-title "Boonsboro", be and the same is
hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, and that
five new sections be and they are hereby added to said Ar-
ticle, said new sections to be known as Sections 45A, 45B,
45C, 45D and 45E to follow immediately after Section 45 of
said Article and to read as follows:
45. The Mayor and Council of the said town shall provide
ballot boxes, ballots, booths or voting places, tally sheets, and
stationery necessary and proper for the conduct of the elec-
tion; and the said Mayor shall cause to be printed twice as
many official ballots as herein described as there are registered
voters in said town, which said ballots shall be placed in a
sealed package and kept in the custody of the said Mayor
until the day of the election for which they shall be used
when the said Mayor shall then present said ballots to the
Judge and Clerk of Election; and the Mayor shall also cause to
be printed, without the facsimile signature, twenty-five or more
copies of said ballot which shall be called "Specimen Ballots"
and to be conspicuously posted in one or more public places
in the said town of Boonsboro.
45A. Every ballot shall contain the names of all candidates
whose nominations for any offices specified in the ballot have
