be liable in any suit brought against either for or by reason
of the negligence of any employee, servant or agent, engaged
in and about the maintenance or operation of said cemetery.

251E. That the said commissioners are hereby authorized
to accept for and on behalf of said Allegany Cemetery any
gift, devise or bequest of any real or personal property at any
time from any source by any means whatsoever and to use
the same, or the proceeds from the sale of the same, for
general cemetery purposes, or for any other purposes specified
in any condition attached to such gift, devise or bequest.
The said commissioners are likewise authorized and empow-
ered to enter into agreements with owners of lots in said
cemetery with respect to having said lots perpetually cared
for, for a proper and reasonable consideration.

251F. That the said commissioners shall have the power
and authority to employ a superintendent and other employees
for said cemetery on such terms and conditions as to said
commissioners may seem proper.

251G. That the Mayor and Councilmen of Frostburg shall
have the full power and authority to pass ordinances relative
to the regulation and control of said cemetery, and to impose
fines and penalties for violations thereof.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1941.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 44
of Article 22 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland
(1930 Edition), title "Washington County", sub-title
"Boonsboro", as amended by Chapter 178 of the Acts of the
General Assembly of Maryland for the Session of 1939, and
to enact nine new sections to said article, said new sections
to be known as 44B, 440, 44D, 44E, 44F, 44G, 44H, 44-1 and
44J, to follow immediately after Section 44A of said
article, providing for the registration of the qualified voters
ers of the town of Boonsboro and fixing the dates and hours
thereof and date of election; and also to repeal and re-enact,
