CHAPTER 86.

(Senate Bill 222)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 516 to 525, inclusive, of Article
11 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930
Edition), title "Frederick County", sub-title "Liquors
and Intoxicating Drinks".

WHEREAS, The above sections have been superseded by
the general laws of the State relating to the sale of alcoholic
beverages, therefore,

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Sections 516 to 525, inclusive, of Article
11 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930
Edition), title "Frederick County", sub-title "Liquors and
Intoxicating Drinks", be and they are hereby repealed.

Approved April 15, 1941.

CHAPTER 87.

(Senate Bill 223)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 513 to 515, inclusive, of Article
11 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930
Edition), title "Frederick County", sub-title "Liens",
said sections relating to garage liens.

WHEREAS, The State-wide law relating to liens by
garages has made unnecessary the above-mentioned sec-
tions, therefore,

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Sections 513 to 515, inclusive, of Article
11 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930
Edition), title "Frederick County", sub-title "Liens", be
and they are hereby repealed.

Approved April 15, 1941.

CHAPTER 88.
(Senate Bill 225)

AN ACT to repeal Section 722 of Article 11 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Frederick County", sub-title "Sheriff", said Section
