176. To deed executed by the Trustees of the Methodist
Episcopal Church in the City of Baltimore to the Trustees
of the Twenty-Fourth Street Methodist Episcopal Church
of Baltimore City, conveying fee simple property, dated
April 21st, 1898, and recorded among the Land Records of
Baltimore City in Liber R. O. No. 1732, Folio No. 286.

AN ACT to repeal Sections 679, 680, 681, 682 and 683 of
Article 3 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland
(1930 Edition), title "Baltimore County", sub-title
"Roads and Streets", and Sections 679, 680, 681, 682
and 68, 3 of Offutt's Revised Code of the Public Local
Laws of Baltimore County (1929 Edition), Title 59,
"Roads and Streets", and to enact in lieu thereof one new
section, to be known as Section 679, authorizing the
County Commissioners of Baltimore County to levy not
more than two cents in each year, on the taxable basis
in the Metropolitan Area of Baltimore County for the
purpose of constructing and/or repairing sidewalks in
the thickly settled portions of said County.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Sections 679, 680, 681, 682 and 683 of
Article 3 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland
(1930 Edition), title "Baltimore County", sub-title "Roads
and Streets", and Sections 679, 680, 681, 682 and 683 of
Offutt's Revised Code of Public Local Laws of Baltimore
County (1929 Edition), title 59, "Roads and Streets", be
and the same is hereby repealed, and that a new section
