Henry E. Quarengesser to Zion Baptist Church, Inc., a body
corporate, incorporated under the laws of the State of
Maryland, conveying property located in the City of Bal-
timore, and which lot of ground and improvements are
known as No. 1515 East Eager Street, and described more
fully in said Deed of Assignment dated August 2, 1988,
and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City
in Liber M. L. P. No. 5844, Folio No. 407, etc.
171. To Deed made and executed by Paul J. Harris, Jr.
to Church of God No. 2 Inc., a body corporate, incor-
porated under the laws of the State of Maryland, convey-
ing the property located in the City of Baltimore, and
which lot of ground and improvements are known as No.
429 Robert Street, and described more fully in said Deed
bearing date May 8, 1940, and recorded among the Land
Records of Baltimore City in Liber M. L. P. No. 6031,
Folio No. 568, etc.
172. To Deed of Assignment made and executed by
Mathew Wilkerson to Zion Baptist Church, Inc., a body
corporate, incorporated under the laws of the State of
Maryland, conveying property located in the City of Bal-
timore, and which lot of ground and improvements are
known as Nos. 1517-1519-1521 East Eager Street and
described more fully in said Deed of Assignment dated
March 20, 1941, and recorded among the Land Records of
Baltimore City in Liber M. L. P. No. 6140, Folio No. 112,
etc.
173. To Deed of Assignment and conveyance by George
Raisin to The Trustees of The Baltimore Annual Confer-
ence of the African Methodist Episcopal Church, a body
corporate, dated on or about March 28, 1941, recorded
among the Land Records of Baltimore City, of the property
known as No. 112 Aisquith Street.
174. To the following bequests contained in the Last
Will and Testament of Katie S. Price, late of Cecil County,
deceased, bearing date the 27th day of May, 1933, and re-
corded among the Will Records of said County in Liber T.
No. 27, Folio No. 310, etc., viz:
(a) Bequest of Five Hundred Dollars ($500. 00) to
the Church of the Good Shepherd, St. Augustine Parish,
