the Holy Cross Foreign Mission Society, Inc., an educa-
tional and charitable corporation under the laws of the
State of Maryland, dated October 10, 1930, recorded among
the Land Records of Montgomery County on October 21,
1930 and set forth at large in Liber No. 512, Folio No.
132 of the Land Records of said County, covering fee sim-
ple properties.
