graveyards of Christ Protestant Episcopal Church, in the
City of Cambridge, State of Maryland.

159. To the gift contained in the Last Will and Testa-
ment of John R. Pattison, deceased, said Will being dated
February 22, 1939, filed and probated February 23, 1940,
in the Office of the Register of Wills for Dorchester County,
in Wills Liber R. P. S. No. 4, Folio No. 522, viz:

(a) To the Cambridge Cemetery Company of
Cambridge, Maryland, the sum of One Hundred Dollars
($100.00), the interest thereon to be used exclusively for
the care and upkeep of the family burying lot therein, in
which are buried Father, Mother and other members of the
family.

(b) To the Vestry of Great Choptank Parish, the
sum of Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00), the interest there-
on to be used exclusively for the care and upkeep of burying
lot in Christ Church Cemetery, where wife and others are
buried.

160. To the grant and deed executed by The Roland
Park Company to St. Peter's Evangelical Lutheran Con-
gregation of Baltimore City, dated December 12, 1940 and
recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City in
Liber M, L. P. No. 6109, Folio No. 597, conveying the fee
simple interest in property situate on the east line of Loch
Raven Boulevard, and more particularly described in said
deed; and also the sanction and consent of the General
Assembly of Maryland to the holding and disposal of said
property by the St. Peter's Evangelical Lutheran Congre-
gation of Baltimore City.

161. To the grant and deed executed by Fannie Pentz
to the African Methodist Bethel Church of the City of
Baltimore, dated December 23, 1901, and recorded among
the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber R. O. No.
1936, Folio No. 297, conveying the fee simple interest in
two lots of ground, the improvements thereon being known
as No. 207 Aisquith Street, and more particularly de-
scribed in said deed; and also the sanction and consent of
the General Assembly of Maryland to the holding and
disposal of said property by the African Methodist Bethel
Church of the City of Baltimore.

162. To the grant and deed executed by the Columbia
Association of Baptist Churches to the Bethesda First Bap-
tist Church, Inc., dated July 2nd, 1940 and recorded
among the Land Records of Montgomery County in Liber
No. 786, Folio No. 47, conveying lots 5, 6 and 7, Square
L, Battery Park, Bethesda, Maryland.
