the Dolan Childrens Aid Society, dated July 22, 1937 and
recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City in
Liber S. C. L. No. 5743, Folio 244, conveying reversionary
interest in properties Nos. 3017 and 3019 Oakford Avenue,
and more particularly described in said deed; and also the
sanction and consent of the General Assembly of Maryland
to the holding and disposal of said property by The Board
of Managers of the Dolan Children's Aid Society.

44. To the grant and deed executed by Rose Anne Done-
gan and husband to The Board of Managers of the Dolan
Children's Aid Society, dated April 27, 1936 and recorded
among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. G. L.
No. 5621, Folio 425, conveying reversionary interest in prop-
erty No. 2802 Hamilton Avenue, and more particularly de-
scribed in said deed; and also the sanction and consent of
the General Assembly of Maryland to the holding and dis-
posal of said property by The Board of Managers of the
Dolan Children's Aid Society.

45. To the grant and deed executed by Andrew J.
Boschert and wife to the Board of Managers of the Dolan
Children's Aid Society, dated October 13, 1940 and recorded
among the Land Records of Baltimore County in Liber C.
W. B. Jr., No. 1130, Folio 327, conveying reversionary in-
terest in property Nos. 7813 and 7821 Clarksworth Place,
and more particularly described in said deed; and also the
sanction and consent of the General Assembly of Maryland
to the holding and disposal of said property by The Board
of Managers of the Dolan Children's Aid Society.

Boschert and wife to The Board of Managers of the Dolan
Children's Aid Society, dated October* 1, 1940 and recorded
among the Land Records of Baltimore County in C. W. B.
Jr., No. 1132, Folio 57, conveying reversionary interest in
property No. 7815 Clarksworth Place, and more particularly
described in said deed; and also the sanction and consent of
the General Assembly of Maryland to the holding and dis-
posal of said property by The Board of Managers to the
Dolan Children's Aid Society.
