Land Records of Baltimore City on August 3, 1940, con-
veying the reversionary interest in property No. 414 South
Bentalou Street, more particularly described in said deed;
and also the sanction and consent of the General Assembly
to the holding and disposal of said property by The Church
of the Ascension and Prince of Peace.

39. To the grant and deed executed by Bankers Realty
Company, Inc. to The Church of the Ascension and Prince
of. Peace, dated August 2, 1940 and recorded among the
Land Records of Baltimore City on August 3, 1940, convey-
ing the reversionary interest in property No. 416 South
Bentalou Street, more particularly described in said deed:
and also the sanction and consent of the General Assembly
to the holding and disposal of said property by The Church
of the Ascension and Prince of Peace.

40. To the grant and deed executed by "M-B, Incor-
porated" to "The Convention of the Protestant Episcopal
Church of the Diocese of Maryland", dated October 1, 1940
and recorded among the Land Records' of Baltimore City on
October 2, 1940, conveying the reversionary interest in
properties Nos. 1122, 1124, 1126, 1128, 1130, 1132, 1134,
1136, 1138 and 1140 Gorsuch Avenue, more particularly de-
scribed in said deed; and also the sanction and consent of
the General Assembly of Maryland to the holding and dis-
posal of said property by The Convention of the Protestant
Episcopal Church of the Diocese of Maryland.

41. To the grant and deed executed by The City Real
Estate Company to The Chofetz Chaim Congregation, Inc.,
dated September 13, 1938 and recorded among the Land
Records of Baltimore City in Liber M. L, P. No. 5858, Folio
378, conveying the fee simple interest in property situated
on the east side of an alley ten feet wide laid out eighty feet
west of Payson Street and eighty-five feet south of Pres-
bury Street, in Baltimore City, more particularly described
in said deed; and also the sanction and consent of the Gen-
eral Assembly of Maryland to the holding and disposal of
said property by The Chofetz Chaim Congregation, Inc.

42. To the grant and deed executed by Casper G. Boer-
ner to Grace and Truth Gospel Hall of Baltimore, dated
November 25, 1940 and recorded among the Land Records of
Baltimore City in Liber M. L. P. No. 6104, Folio 201, con-
veying fee simple interest in property situated on the east
side of Ellamont Street one hundred feet north of Clifton
Avenue, running north fifty feet by east one hundred feet,
in Baltimore City, more particularly described in said deed;
