1006 LAWS OF MARYLAND. [CH. 596

Records on January 13, 1940, conveying the reversionary in-
terest in property No. 3424 Virginia Avenue, more particu-
larly described in said deed; and also the sanction and con-
sent of the General Assembly to the holding and disposal
of said property by The Church of the Ascension and Prince
of Peace.

29. To the grant and deed executed by the Bankers Real-
ty Company, Inc., to The Church of the Ascension and
Prince of Peace, dated October 20, 1939 and recorded among
the Land Records of Baltimore City on October 2)3, 1939,
conveying the reversionary interest in property No. 3411
Virginia Avenue, more particularly described in said deed;
and also the sanction and consent of the General Assembly
to the holding and disposal of said property by The Church
of the Ascension and Prince of Peace.

30. To the grant and deed executed by the Maplewood
Realty Corporation to The Church of the Ascension and
Prince of Peace, dated July 19, 1939 and recorded among the
Land Records of Baltimore City on July 21, 1939, convey-
ing the reversionary interest in properties Nos. 1325, 1327,
1401, 1403, 1407, 1409 and 1411 Union Avenue, more par-
ticularly described in said deed; and also the sanction and
consent of the General Assembly to the holding and disposal
of said properties by The Church of the Ascension and
Prince of Peace.

31. To the grant and deed executed by Bankers Realty
Company, Inc. to the Church of the Ascension and Prince
of Peace, dated July 1, 1939 and recorded among the Land
Records of Baltimore City on July 5, 1939, conveying the
reversionary interest in property No. 4403 Towanda Ave-
nue, more particularly described in said deed; and also the
sanction and consent of the General Assembly to the holding
and disposal of said property by The Church of the Ascen-
sion and Prince of Peace.

32. To the grant and deed executed by George Lorber
and wife to The Church of the Ascension and Prince of
Peace, dated June 7, 1939 and recorded among the Land
Records of Baltimore City on June 8, 1939, conveying the
reversionary interest in property No. 2802 Winchester
Street, more particularly described in said deed; and also
the sanction and consent of the General Assembly to the
holding and disposal of said property by The Church of the
Ascension and Prince of Peace.

33. To the grant and deed executed by Herbert Kaufman
and wife to The Church of the Ascension and Prince of
Peace, dated June 6, 1939 and recorded among the Land
