511, etc., conveying fee simple interest in property No. 1625
Bolton Street, and more particularly described in said deed;
and also the sanction and consent of the General Assembly
of Maryland to the holding and disposal of said property
by the Har Sinai Congregation of the City of Baltimore.

25. To the grant and assignment executed by Charles J.
F. Steiner and wife to The Baltimore City Missionary and
Church Extension Society of the Methodist Episcopal
Church, dated June 23, 1926 and recorded among the Land
Records of Baltimore City in Liber S, L. C. No. 4594, Folio
179, conveying the leasehold interest in property No. 124
North Lakewood Avenue, more particularly described in
said assignment; and also the sanction and consent of the
General Assembly of Maryland to the holding disposal of
said property by The Baltimore City Missionary and Church
Extension Society of the Methodist Episcopal Church.

26. To the grant and assignment executed by The Bal-
timore City Missionary and Church Extension Society of
the Methodist Episcopal Church to Trustees of Montford
Avenue Methodist Episcopal Church of Baltimore City and
State of Maryland, dated March 20, 1936 and recorded
among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L.
No. 5609, Folio 498, conveying the leasehold interest in
property No. 124 North Lakewood Avenue, more particular-
ly described in said assignment; and also the sanction and
consent of the General Assembly of Maryland to the holding
and disposal of said property by the Trustees of Montford
Avenue Methodist Episcopal Church of Baltimore City and
State of Maryland.

27. To the grant and deed from the Minister and Trus-
tees of the Methodist Protestant Church of West Baltimore
Station in the City of Baltimore to The Trustees of the
West Baltimore Methodist Protestant Church, dated March
12, 1931 and recorded among the Land Records of Balti-
more City in Liber S. C. L. No. 5272, Folio 103, conveying
fee simple interest in property situated at the southwest
corner of Lafayette Avenue and Gilmor Street, and more
particularly described in said deed; and also the sanction
and consent of the General Assembly of Maryland to the
holding and disposal of said property by The Trustees of
the West Baltimore Methodist Protestant Church.
