Will and Testament of A. Virginia Reich, deceased, late of
Frederick County, of record in the Office of the Register of
Wills for said County in "Wills'" Liber R, L. L., No. 1, folio
70.

20. To the bequest to the Evangelical Lutheran Church
of Frederick, contained in the Last Will and Testament of
John M. Haller, late of Frederick County, of record in the
Office of the Register of Wills for said County in "Wills"
Liber R. L, L, No. 1, folio 62.

21. To the bequest to the Centennial Memorial United
Brethren Church of Frederick, contained in the Last Will
and Testament of Charles H. Falk, deceased, late of Fred-
erick County, of record in the Office of the Register of Wills
for said County, in "Wills" Liber J. H. No. 1, folio 375.

22. To the bequest, sale or conveyance of the title to
leasehold property known as 1733 East Baltimore Street,
Baltimore, Maryland, from Michael L. Eisenreich, Florence
A. Cronhardt and Howard W. Rittase, Executors under the
Last Will and Testament of Charles Cronhardt, Jr., de-
ceased, to Mogen Abraham Hebrew Congregation, as well
as to the sale and conveyance of said property by said Mo-
gen Abraham Hebrew Congregation to Oscar Moses.

23. To the grant and deed executed by J. Irving Beal-
mear and wife to the Preachers Fund Society of the City of
Baltimore, dated July 11, 1935 and recorded among the
Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 5548,
Folio 279, conveying the reversionary interest in property
No. 4022 Clifton Avenue, more particularly described in
said deed; and also the sanction and consent of the General
Assembly of Maryland to the holding and disposal of said
property by the Preachers Fund Society of the City of Bal-
timore.

24. To the grant and deed executed by The Park Place
Strawbridge Methodist Episcopal Church in the City of
Baltimore to Har Sinai Congregation of the City of Balti-
