said County. Moneys collected from this special levy shall be
expended for repairing and resurfacing the streets and roads
which are within said precinct but outside any incorporated
city or town or special taxing area.
SEC. 2. And 'be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1939.

AN ACT to add a new section to Article 13 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Harford County",
sub-title "Liquors and Intoxicating Drinks", said new sec-
tion to follow Section 415 of said Article and to be known
as Section 415A; giving the Sheriff of Harford County,
his Deputies and other Peace Officers, the right of search
and seizure under certain conditions in connection with the
violation of the provisions of Sections 414 and 415 of said
Article.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section 2
of Chapter 55 of the Acts of the Special Session of 1933,
authorizing a tax levy in the area known as the Sanitary
Zone of the Ninth Election District of Montgomery County
for the maintenance of the Gaithersburg-Washington Grove
Fire Department, and providing for the appointment of two
members of the Commission to manage the finances of the
Gaithersburg-Washington Grove Fire Department by the
Mayor and Council of Washington Grove in place of the
Washington Grove Association.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 2 of Chapter 55 of the Acts of the Special
Session of 1933, be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted
with amendments to read as follows:
