Will and Testament of Aaron Sindler, of Record in the
Office of the Register of Wills in Baltimore City in Wills
Liber J. H. B. No. 192, etc., namely: —Associated Jewish
Charities of Baltimore, Three Hundred Dollars, ($300. 00);
Hebrew Home for Aged and Infirm, at Levindale, Belvedere
Avenue, Three Hundred Dollars ($300. 00); Trustees of the
Chizuk Emunah Hebrew Congregation of Baltimore City,
Three Hundred Dollars ($300. 00); and the Trustees of the
Aitz Chaim Hebrew Congregation of Baltimore City, Two
Hundred Dollars ($200. 00).

186. To the Deed to the Trustees of the Apostolic Faith
Church of God of Baltimore City, from R. Cleaveland Grant,
Jasper Worrell and James Stevenson, dated June 25, 1938,
and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City in
Liber M. L. P. No. 5834, folio 461, etc.

187. To a deed dated October 9, 1931, and recorded
among the Land Records of Harford County in Liber S. W.
C. No. 221, folio 239, whereby there was conveyed to the
Vestry of St. Mary's Church in Harford County, a parcel
of land part of "Osborn's Lot" or "Ann's Lot" situate on
the State Road leading from Emmorton to Van Bibber, a
station on the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad, described by
courses and distances as containing 81/100 of an acre, more
or less.

188. To deed August 9, 1937, from the Vestry of the
Bishop Cummings Memorial Church of the City of Balti-
more to the Trustees of the Emmanual Christian Com-
munity Church of Baltimore, said deed being recorded in the
Land Records of Baltimore City, S. C. L. 5747, folio 269.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1939.
