East seventy-two and one-half feet to the place of beginning,
containing Ten Thousand Eight Hundred Seventy-Five
Square Feet of land more or less and being the lot and
improvements constituting the Parsonage of Taylor Circuit.

183. To the deed from Andrew Chapel Methodist Epis-
copal Church South to August J. Brozik and the deed from
August J. Brozik of the same property to Andrew Chapel
Methodist Church South, conveying the following property:

Beginning for the same on the East side of a road sixteen
and a half feet wide leading northerly from said Belair road
and at the beginning of the lot which by deed dated June
25th, 1880, and recorded in Liber W. M. I. No. 117, folio
540, etc., was conveyed by John G. Carter and others to
Thomas B. Todd and others, trustees, etc., which point is
at the end of a line drawn south eight and a quarter degrees
west thirty feet and nine inches from the southwest corner
of the Parsonage House belonging to Taylor Circuit Par-
sonage Board erected on the lot described in said deed of
June 25, 1880, and running thence South seventy-two and a
half degrees West sixteen and a half feet to the west side
of said sixteen and a half foot road, thence running and
bounding on the west side of said road South fourteen
degrees East sixty-eight feet, thence North sixty-six and
three-fourths degrees East two hundred arid ten feet,
thence North twenty-six degrees West one hundred and nine
feet and six inches to the end of the second line of the land
which by deed dated March 25, 1886, and recorded in Liber
J. W. B. No. 157, folio 74, etc., was conveyed by Thomas G.
Carter and wife to Joseph A. Newmayer, thence running
and bounding reversely on said second line South seventy-
two and a half degrees West sixteen feet to the northeast
corner of said parsonage lot at the end of the second line of
said lot, thence running and bounding reversely on the sec-
ond and first lines of said parsonage lot South sixteen
degrees East seventy-two and a half feet and South seventy-
two and a half degrees West one hundred and fifty feet to
the place of beginning, containing two hundred and seventy-
five one-thousandths of an acre more or less.

184. To the following devise contained in the Last Will
and Testament of Ruth E. Wheeler, late of Carroll County,
deceased, dated August 7, 1924, viz: To the Home for the
Aged of the Methodist Protestant Church, a religious cor-
poration, tract of farm land containing 29 acres more or
less, at Bird Hill, Carroll County, Maryland, with improve-
ments. See Deed — Charles E. Fink, et al., to Ruth E.

Wheeler, dated September 5, 1900, and recorded among the
Land Records of Carroll County in Liber J. H. B. No. 93,
folio 424.
