sionary interest in fee in property known as No. 1415 West
Lexington Street, Baltimore, Maryland.

178. To the deed from Fielding Skipper, widower, to
The Philosophical College of Occult Science, a body corpo-
rate of the State of Maryland, dated October 19th, 1938, and
recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City in
Liber M. L. P. No. 5865, folio 70, etc., conveying the lease-
hold interest in property known as No. 1415 West Lexing-
ton Street, Baltimore, Maryland.

179. To the deed from Harry T. Geisendaffer to the
Pentecostal Church of The Nazarene, Inc., a Maryland cor-
poration, dated October 6th, 1919, and recorded among the
Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 3460,
folio 347, etc., conveying property known as No. 51 South
Carrollton Avenue, Baltimore, Maryland.

180. To the bequest of two thousand dollars ($2, 000. 00)
to the Committee of the Presbyterian Church in Baltimore
City, contained in the will of Eliza S. Thomas, and recorded
among the records of the Register of Wills of Baltimore, in
Liber J. H. B. 190.

181. To the bequest to the Trustees of the Trinity A. M.

E. Church of Baltimore and the Trustees of the Bethel
Home (Church Home of the Baltimore Annual Conference
of the A. M. E. Church), the residue of her estate as con-
tained in the Will of Rachel Manokey of Baltimore City.

182. To the deed from Taylor Circuit Parsonage Board
to Andrew Chapel Methodist Episcopal Church South of
Baltimore City, a newly organized corporation, of the fol-
lowing property:

Beginning for the same at a stake planted on the East
side of a road sixteen and one-half feet wide at a point South
seven and one-half degrees West thirty and nine-twelfths
feet from the Southwest corner of the foundation wall of
a frame dwelling house erected on the lot now being
described and running thence seventy-five degrees East
parallel with the South side of said house and twenty-eight
and one-half feet distance therefrom one hundred and fifty
feet to a stake; thence North nineteen degrees West parallel
with said sixteen and one-half feet road seventy-two and
one-half feet to a stake; thence South seventy-two and one-
half degrees West parallel with said first line one hundred
fifty feet to a stake planted on the East side of the aforesaid
sixteen and one-half feet road; thence running with and
binding on the East side of said road South fourteen degrees
