171. To the bequest contained in the fourteenth item of
the Last Will and Testament of Annie V. Bolden, late of
Baltimore City, deceased, duly probated and of record in
the Office of the Register of Wills of Baltimore City in
Wills, Liber J. H. G. No. 192, folio 361, etc., wherein the
sum of One Thousand Dollars ($1, 000. 00), absolutely, was
bequeathed to the Vestry of Saint Luke's Church, now
located at Number 217 North Carey Street, between Lex-
ington and Saratoga Streets, Baltimore, Maryland.

172. To the bequest of One Thousand Dollars to the
Committee of the Second Presbyterian Church Society of
Congregation in the City of Baltimore contained in the
Last Will and Testament of David Howard Caulk, late of
Baltimore City, deceased, of record in the Office of the
Register of Wills for Baltimore City in Wills Liber E. R. D.
No. 172 folio 89 etc.

173. To the bequest of Five Thousand Dollars ($5, -
000. 00) contained in Item 2 of the Last Will and Testa-
ment of Jessie C. Johnson, late of Baltimore City, deceased,
of record in the Office of the Register of Wills of the said
City in Wills Liber J. H. B. 188, folio 286, to the Govans-
town Methodist Episcopal Church.

174. To the bequest of One Thousand Dollars ($1, -
000. 00) contained in Item 6 of the Last Will and Testa-
ment of Isaac H. Moss, late of Baltimore City, deceased,
of record in the Office of the Register of Wills of the said
City in Wills Liber J. H. B. No. 193, folio 6, to the Govans-
town Methodist Episcopal Church.

175. To the bequest contained in the codicil to the last
will and testament of Oliver C. Taws, late of Somerset
County, deceased, of fifty dollars ($50. 00) to The Trustees
of Mount Pleasant Methodist Protestant Church of Crisfield,
Maryland, and recorded among the testamentary records of
Somerset County in Liber F. E. D. No. 4, folio 21.

176. To the deed from Alfred Holt and Georgia Holt,
his wife, to The Philosophical College of Occult Science, a
body corporate of the State of Maryland, dated June 1st,
1938, and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore
City in Liber M. L. P. No. 5827, folio 40, conveying the
leasehold estate and property known as No. 1415 West Lex-
ington Street, Baltimore, Maryland.

177. To the deed from Lucy S. Brown, widow, to The
Philosophical College of Occult Science, a body corporate of
the State of Maryland, dated October 17th, 1938, and
