be used for the care and upkeep of the church yard and
cemetery, particularly the lot in which R. W. Marchant, Sr.,
and his wife are buried, $300. 00.

(c) To the Vestrymen of Christ Church in Kingston Par-
ish, Mathews County, Virginia, and their successors in office,
in trust, the income from which is to be used for the care
and upkeep of the church yard and cemetery, particularly
the lots in which the Marchant Families are buried,
$500. 00.

149. To the following bequests contained in the Last
Will and Testament of Mary D. Walsh, late of Harford
County, Maryland, dated May 5, 1934, and codicils dated
September 30, 1934, and July 13, 1936, and recorded among
the records of the Register of Wills for Harford County,
Maryland:

(a) To the Right Reverend John M. McNamara,
$2, 000. 00.

(b) To the Reverend Edward F. Garesche, $2, 000. 00.

(c) To the Most Reverend Michael J. Curley, Roman
Catholic Archbishop of Baltimore, to erect a memorial
church in Aberdeen, Harford County, Maryland, $20, 000. 00
and to a bequest to the Most Reverend Michael J. Curley,
Roman Catholic Archbishop of Baltimore, of the rest, resi-
due and remainder of the estate, for the use and benefit of
charities in the Archdiocese of Baltimore.

150. To a bequest of five hundred dollars ($500. 00) to
Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church of Lauraville and Ham-
ilton, of Baltimore City, Maryland, the same to be paid
immediately upon the death of decedent's wife, contained
in the Will of Ernest Bornmann, dated September 15, 1936,
and recorded among the records of the Register of Wills for
Baltimore City.

151. To a bequest of the remainder or residuary of de-
cedent's estate, real, personal and mixed, corpus, income or
otherwise, to the Salvation Army, a body corporate, An-
napolis Branch, for the purpose of making any extensions
or improvements to its present headquarters located at No.
47 Randall Street, Annapolis, Maryland; to feed the hun-
gry and to clothe the naked and to help unfortunate citi-
zens in Annapolis or in Anne Arundel County, contained
in the Will of Walter H. Hart dated August 15, 1936, and
recorded among the records of the Register of Wills for
Anne Arundel County.

152. To bequest of five hundred dollars ($500. 00) to
The Salvation Army, for use in its Maryland Division, con-
tained in the Will of Theodore F. Krug dated November
