146. To a bequest of One Hundred Dollars ($100. 00)
to the Protestant Episcopal Church of the Advent, Balti-
more, Maryland, contained in the Will of Reginald Stem-
bridge, dated May 3rd, 1935 and recorded among the records
of the Register of Wills for Baltimore City.

147. To the following bequests contained in the Last
Will and Testament of Frank P. Murphy, late of Baltimore
County, deceased, said will being dated August 11th, 1937,
and recorded among the records of the Register of Wills
for Baltimore County:

(a) To the Pastor of St. Ann's Roman Catholic Church,
to be used for Masses, $500. 00.

(b) To the Institute of Mission Helpers of Baltimore
City for use in the work of St. Francis Xavier's Boarding
and Day School at Irvington, Baltimore, Md., $500. 00.

(c) To the Reverend Joseph A. Ellis, $300. 00.

(d) To the Pastor of the Church of the Ascension, Hale-
thorpe, Baltimore County, Md., to be used for the upkeep
and benefit of said Church, $300. 00.

and to a bequest of one-third of the rest, residue and re-
mainder of his estate after the payment of all legacies and
bequests, to the Ammendale Normal Institute of Prince
George's County, Maryland, to be used for the education of
young men studying to become Christian Brothers.

148. To the following bequests contained in the Last
Will and Testament of Clarence R. Marchant, late of Balti-
more City, deceased, said will being dated January 26, 1937,
and recorded among the records of the Register of Wills for
Baltimore City.

(a) To the Trustees of the First Baptist Church of Bal-
timore, Maryland, to be applied to the building fund, $500. 00.

(b) To the Vestrymen of Trinity Episcopal Church, near
Foster Post Office, in Mathews County, Virginia, and their
successors in office, in trust, the income from which is to
