Wills for Baltimore City.

153. To the devise of the reversionary interest and
estate in, and the ground rent of $54. 00 per year issuing
out of the premises, 908 East Eager Street in the City of
Baltimore, and more fully and particularly described in a
deed from Clarence A. Singer to John A. Rhodes bearing
date of February 1, 1921, and recorded among the Land
Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. 3697, folio
122, to Our Mother of Sorrows Catholic Church, Centre-
ville, Maryland, by the Will of the late John A. Rhodes,
said Will being dated July 24, 1934, and probated in the
Orphans' Court of Queen Anne County on or about Decem-
ber 21, 1937; said Will being recorded in the Book of Wills
in the Orphans' Court of Queen Anne County in Liber N. S.
D., 1, folio 38, and also among the Wills in the Orphans'
Court of Baltimore City in Liber 193, folio 259.

154. To the bequest of Three Hundred Dollars ($300)
to the Holy Trinity Protestant Episcopal Church of Church-
ville, in the Last Will and Testament of Annie H. W. Wil-
son, deceased, duly admitted to probate on the 7th day of
March, 1934, in the Orphans' Court of Harford County, and
of record in the Office of the Register of Wills of said
County.

155. To the following devises, bequests, deeds, mort-
gages and conveyances to the Vestry of St. John's Church,
Huntingdon, Baltimore County, Maryland:

(a) Deed from Edna Leyshon Day and Stanley Day, her
husband, dated May 18, 1927, and recorded among the Land
Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 4738, folio
15, etc., conveying ground rent of $65. 00 issuing out of No.
2922 Ellicott Drive,

(b) Deed from Samuel Rosenthal, unmarried, dated Jan-
uary 4, 1938, and recorded among the Land Records of
Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 4832, folio 538, etc.,
conveying ground rent of $49. 00 issuing out of No. 2416 Et-
ting Street,

(c) Deed from Samuel Rosenthal, Incorporated, dated
July 15, 1927, and recorded among the Land Records of
Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 4764, folio 454, etc.,
conveying ground rent of $60. 00 issuing out of No. 529
South Twelfth Street,

(d) Deed from Robert Seff and Frieda S. Seff, his wife,
dated December 8, 1926, and recorded among the Land
Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 4671, folio
549, etc., conveying ground rent of $78. 00 issuing out of
