bishop of Baltimore, for the time being, and his successors
in the Archepiscopal See of Baltimore, according to the
discipline and government of the Roman Catholic Church,
a corporation sole, contained in the Last Will and Testa-
ment, and codicil thereto of Patrick Hays, late of
Carroll County, deceased, of record in the Office of the Reg-
ister of Wills of Carroll County in Liber H. G. B. No. 15,
folio 43, etc., and dated April 4, 1930.
140. To the bequest to St. Paul's Lutheran Church, lo-
cated in Uniontown, Carroll County, Maryland, contained
in the Last Will and Testament of Jacob J. Weaver, Jr.,
dated March 21, 1933, and recorded in the Office of the
Register of Wills of Carroll County in Liber W. F. B. No.
14, folio 545, etc.
141. To the bequest to Trinity Reformed Church, Man-
chester, Maryland, contained in the Last Will and Testa-
ment of Jacob Clay Frankforter, dated August, 1928, and
recorded in the Office of the Register of Wills of Carroll
County in Liber H. G. B. No. 15, folio 30, etc.
142. To a deed from Eleazer Winakur to The Board of
Trustees of the Italian Christian Church, a body corporate,
bearing date August 9, 1938, and recorded among the Land
Records of Baltimore City in Liber M. L. P. No. 5846,
folio 79, etc. conveying the leasehold interest in the lot of
ground known as No. 1319 East Pratt Street.
143. To a deed dated September 30, 1938, and recorded
among the Land Records of Wicomico County, Maryland in
Liber I. D. T. No. 210, folio 578, from Addie F. Bozman
Disharoon, et al. to The Ministers and Trustees of Bethesda
Methodist Protestant Church, in Wicomico County, in the
State of Maryland, a body corporate of the State of Mary-
land, conveying a fee simple property.
144. To the bequest of $1, 000. 00 to the Vestry of Christ
Protestant Episcopal Church in the City of Baltimore con-
tained in the Will of Harriet B. Lynah, late of Baltimore
City, deceased, which will bears date November 21, 1938,
and was admitted to probate by the Orphans' Court of Bal-
timore City on or about January 10, 1939.
145. To the following bequests contained in the Last
Will and Testament of William H. Paul, late of Baltimore
City, deceased, said Will being dated June 14, 1932, and
recorded among the records of the Register of Wills for
